Hi Renee! I want to reach out and say thank you again for the wisdom you shared at the conference. A lot of the information you shared in your session was new for me. Our organization is fairly young, and I look forward to applying it in the future. I’m not sure if you recall, but I’m the young lady who you graciously shared your time with that evening. I work with law enforcement agencies to help them build positive relationships with kids in their communities. As you can imagine, it is a fairly male-dominated space. Hearing how you assert yourself in your field gave me the necessary motivation to stand tall and proud. I just wanted to thank you again for the marvelous job you and your company did at our 20th Anniversary Gala with George W. Bush. Everything went great – even when the Secret Service threw us curveballs! Your people didn't even bat an eye!
I will not do another fundraising event without you and your team. My only regret is that i didnt bring you in sooner. The fact that you can help with all the planning from beginning to end is a huge bonus. Not only does one get the best auction I have ever seen, but also a great team who can guide staff and volunteers through the process of putting on a fabulous event.
The check-in, check-out process was flawless. The goals we set with you were met and some even surpassed which was amazing since we had gala chairs with HIGH expectations! Your auctioneering was flawless. I always cringe when I am at events where the auctioneer has to restart or there is confusion about bidding. Our event was perfect.

| Renee Jones and her team of dedicated and experienced professionals have been a part of our team for almost 10 years. Our annual Hall of Fame Gala has been a successful fundraising event with revenues increasing every year.

Last year, I had the pleasure of working with Renee Jones for the live auction portion of the event. She was such a joy to work with and the best auctioneer we’ve had since this event was created 5 years ago. You have worked with our organization for several years now. This, however, is my first year running our annual school auction. I want to thank you for taking the time to discuss the process, give suggestions, and help me with the software.
Everything ran smooth-from check-in to the time people were leaving. I love that there were essentially no line waiting to get into the event. It really makes a difference having the software set up ahead of time and your staff there to welcome each person as they enter. And, because you had already swiped their credit cards at check-in, everyone was free to leave when they wanted! They did not have to stop back to check-out at the end of the night.
Also, the idea to have donation amounts on the back of the bid cards is so great too! I had one many walk up to me and hand me his bid card and said to charge him $500! I know that your staff were also able to ask people that were leaving if they would like to make a donation and they were able to get over $3,000 more! Overall, everyone had a great time, the party was a great success and we had another record-breaking auction!

| Renee Jones and her team get a A++! They were so great with all of our needs for a successful event. The team went above and beyond what was expected of them and this being my first auction I was thoroughly impressed. | This is the first year we had a professional auctioneer involved and as I had hoped, you brought in substantially more revenue than in years past and in fact exceeded my expectations for this year.
Your insights and suggestions on how best to structure the auction and additional activities were extremely valuable to me as event Chair. I have gotten wonderful feedback from guests and other board members who were in attendance. You made the auction as entertaining and fun as the rest of the evening and your flexibility with our timing helpedus make the runway show run smoothly. Your ability to take my last minute additions and run with the was admirable as well.
